Hands-On CAPS Experience: From App to Dashboard

Participants who register at least two weeks before the workshop will receive advance access to a fully functional corporate version of the CAPS Mobile App (Practice Edition). This app includes a tutorial video explaining its operation. Attendees will be encouraged to explore the app’s full capabilities—identifying, logging, and managing early signs of aggression in simulated scenarios drawn from their professional experience.

During the second and, if needed, third hour of the workshop, participants will bring their practice cases to life on the CAPS Dashboard. They will see how organizations use the Dashboard to track and analyze aggression with scientific reliability while remaining fully compliant with HIPAA, FERPA, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the European Union’s GDPR.

This real-time demonstration shows how CAPS transforms data into actionable insight, allowing Certified Aggression Managers to engage, diffuse, and redirect potential aggressors before incidents occur. Participants will experience firsthand how prevention works in practice, not theory—a true hands-on look at modern leadership in action.
